Why we started
Talk to any independent restaurant owner and the same story comes up: the delivery apps brought volume, but the commissions quietly ate the profit. Worse, the customer was never really theirs — the app owned the data, the relationship and the repeat business. We believed software could flip that equation, giving restaurants a direct channel that's as easy to use as the marketplaces but without the tax on every order.
